We do everything to ensure you are happy with your order however if for any reason you need to return your order, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused in it's original packaging (for hygiene reasons) and with a copy of the invoice. Returns charges are to be paid by the customer. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@buccarellojewellery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will then be processed.
