Shipping policy

At Buccarello Jewellery we always aim to have your items delivered on time.

Delivery may take up to 6 days excluding Sundays. In exceptional circumstances including adverse weather we may experience delays. Please check your tracking to be kept updated upon any changes in your delivery.

Please note: Delivery times are extended over public holidays. Delivery times for items ordered during busy periods could take longer than usual.

Please allow additional time for deliveries outside of Italy.

We are based in Italy therefore any order coming from outside Europe may go through custom and be subject to import duties. According to UK laws, any order above 135£ is subject to import duties.

International Deliveries 

We are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Italy.
