Your Buccarello order will be packed by hand with love and dispatched in 1-3 working days.
We ship with DHL courier to ensure your order arrives safely and smoothly. You will receive tracking information upon dispatch from us and the courier.
We are based in Italy where we ship our orders from.

According to UK laws, any order above 135£ is subject to import duties which are payable by the customers to enter your country, while below this amount, a 20% tax is added to your order but there will be no additional import costs.
Regrettably, at the moment we are not able to cover taxes and duties.

In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. Regrettably any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused or issued with a credit.
If you require an exchange due to faulty reasons, we will cover delivery costs.
If you would like to return for other reasons, you will need to cover delivery costs to Italy which are Europe 20€.
How can I track my order?
You will always receive a tracking notification by us and the courier.
Delivery says 2 working days but my order hasn't arrived yet
Most of our items are made to order so please consider 2-3 working days to make your item and process the order.
The delivery with our corier usually takes 2-3 working days in Europe and UK therfore from the moment you place your order you should expect to recevie it in a 7 days window.
What can I return?
Any item can be returned except for earrings for hygiene reason
Return charges
If you require an exchange due to faulty reasons, we will cover delivery costs. If you would like to return for other reasons, you will need to cover delivery costs to Italy which are from UK and Europe 20€

- item in no used conditions and in its original case

A refund will be issued including the amount paid for the item. Shipping and duties are not included
